My name is Laura. I'm Data Analyst with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from Universidad Nacional de Costa Rica. I also hold a certification in Digital Marketing from Universidad San Marcos, and I am currently pursuing an MBA in Business Analytics at Universidad Latina Costa Rica.
In my daily tasks, I use SAS , Python to extract specific columns from files, and SQL to insert new data and generate final reports. I am constantly seeking ways to automate processes and improve efficiency. For instance, last year I developed a Knime flow to automate report creation, saving time and ensuring accurate data delivery to clients.
Throughout my career, I have worked with various data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Data Studio. I have experience in maintaining and updating these tools. Additionally, I have utilized Alteryx and Knime for process automation, along with Power Apps, Power Automate, R, Python, SQL, QlikView, and SAS.
With 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, I have developed strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in R and Python programming languages. I excel at managing multiple projects simultaneously and troubleshooting issues efficiently. I am also proficient in Excel and have hands-on experience with SQL programming.
Overall, my expertise as a Data Analyst allows me to provide valuable insights and contribute to data-driven decision-making processes within organizations. I am passionate about leveraging analytics tools and my understanding of business operations to drive successful business solutions.
